Now available for use on any Internet-equipped mobile device, the Wi-Fi Widget enables customers to easily identify Wi-Fi equipped flights within 24 hours of departure. *Factory Certified Pre-owned: This type of auto is offered for sale by a dealer with the support of the vehicle's original manufacturer, with warranties that extend beyond the vehicle's initial coverage. The original manufacturer of the vehicle is using one of its dealerships to inspect the vehicle. The dealer uses a checklist to determine if the vehicle is worth certifying. If it passes certain tests, it will earn an extended warranty.

Bright Dairy shares surge on agreement to buy 51 pct stake in NZ milk producer Synlait

SHANGHAI, July 19 (Xinhua) -- Shares in Bright Dairy & Food Co. Ltd. soared over 10 percent Monday after the Chinese dairy giant said Sunday it would invest 58 million U.S. dollars to buy a 51 percent stake in New Zealand dairy farm owner Synlait Milk.

Bright Dairy's shares closed 10.03 percent higher at 8.23 yuan (about 1.21 U.S. dollars) on the Shanghai bourse Monday.

The investment will be the first overseas acquisition by a Chinese dairy company.

Analysts said Bright Dairy is targeting the high-end milk powder market for its high profit margins as average gross profits in China's dairy industry shrinks amid surging costs.

Shi Jiangang, an analyst at Orient Securities, said China's high- end milk powder market is dominated by foreign brands after the melamine-contaminated milk powder scandal in 2008 hit China's dairy industry.

"Acquiring a foreign company is a short cut to compete in the high-end market," Shi said.

Bright Dairy reported revenues of 7.9 billion yuan in 2009, up 8 percent year on year, and a net profit of 189 million yuan after posting a 319 million yuan loss in 2008.
